Shefa Mehadrin Ltd was established in January 2007 and quickly became Manchester’s premier Kosher supermarket and deli.

Shefa Mehadrin is not just a regular Kosher Supermarket. We have the largest Kosher Deli in the North West serving a huge selection of fresh mouth watering dishes, (not forgetting our famous chopped liver) cooked daily on our premises.

Our Bakery is second to none, baking a selection of continental breads, Challahs, baguettes, bagels, biscuits, muffins and pies, all on site.

Our range of fresh pre-packed meat and poultry is the largest Kosher selection in the country, including chicken, lamb, beef, veal, duck, turkey and the traditional pickled brisket (salt beef). Our meat and poultry are of the highest quality and represent excellent value for money.

Our grocery range includes a wide range of dry goods, fridge products and frozen foods, a variety of wines and spirits and household products.
